Squeezing Out Some Squares

I counted motifs.  Before drawing or cutting.  What a concept, eh?  There are only 7.  As in, I can't cut 8 regular 6 1/4" squares and 8 reverse 6 1/4" squares.

But, I thought that I was only cutting the last block - ?  That's only 4 of each, isn't it? 

Well, anyway the problem is that I can't cut 8 of each.
